HILARY GRAHAM
ADVANCED LEVEL 3 PILATES INSTRUCTOR
LEVEL 2 NORDIC WALKING INSTRUCTOR

After a horse-riding accident in which Hilary broke her back, resulting in spinal fusion, Hilary turned her attention to Pilates as a method of exercise to help strengthen her back.  After attending classes for a number of years and seeing how Pilates helped her, Hilary decided to undertake Pilates Teacher Training with Body Control Pilates, Europes leading Pilates organisation.  She is qualified to advanced level 3 and is a member of the Body Control Pilates Association and is listed on the Register of Exercise Professionals.  As well as completing the comprehensive training course in Body Control Pilates matwork, Hilary has also completed specialised Pilates Pregnancy training.  Having returned to horse-riding after a long break Hilary was amazed how Pilates had improved her position on horse-back enabling the horse to move better and under more control.

She has also gone on to become a Nordic Walking Instructor having trained with Nordic Walking UK and has found that the cardio exercise gained from Nordic Walking is a wonderful complement to Pilates with the addition of the feel good factor that exercising outdoors brings.

KAY KELLY

After studying pilates for many years, Kay decided to undertake the Sivananda yoga teacher training in the Himalayas, India.  She has also taken her yoga studies further and completed the Yoga Therapy Foundation Course (recognised by the NHS).  Kay has studied under the famous yoga anatomist Paul Grilley.
